QUETTA: Provincial Minister for Livestock and Dairy Development, Bakht Muhammad Kakar, welcomed Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari to Quetta, expressing that Bilawal considers Balochistan his second home. Kakar highlighted the long-standing relationship between the PPP and the people of Balochistan, spanning many generations. He emphasized that the PPP is a party for the poor, consistently raising its voice for the people on every forum and in every era.

Kakar stated that Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, in collaboration with the youth of Balochistan, will work to solve the province’s problems. He affirmed that the PPP understands the issues facing Balochistan and is the only party that truly believes in democracy, having made significant sacrifices for it.

Recognizing the province’s challenges, the PPP introduced the Balochistan package, which provided employment opportunities and significantly reduced youth frustration. Additionally, the PPP implemented the 18th Amendment, granting provinces autonomy, along with the NFC award and the income support program, all of which play a crucial role in poverty alleviation.

  1. Bakht Muhammad Kakar is an excellent personality as well as an educated and knowledgeable person. They understand the pain of the area and the youth are very worried about employment. Inshallah Bakht Muhammad Kakar will serve the area in five years.
