According to the announcement, SHO Zarghoonabad police station, Ejaz Mahmood has been suspended till further orders for neglecting his duties and has been directed to immediately report to “Shaheed Fayaz Sambal” police line headquarters, Quetta.
Quetta Bar Association complained against the SHO
On the other hand, Quetta Bar Association Q(BA) in a statement said that SHO Zarghunabad Ijaz Mehmood exceeded his powers, and the DIG Police gave this assurance to the Quetta Bar Association for punishing the officer for misusing the powers.
Departmental action will be taken against him until the IG Police Balochistan’s order. SHO Ijaz Mehmood will be banned from entering all court premises and strict action will be taken if anyone does not comply.
