QUETTA: In an emergency press conference held on Friday night, Caretaker Chief Minister Balochistan, Ali Mardan Domki, announced that the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) would be leading the investigation into the tragic Mastung bombing. He emphasized that the CTD’s investigative team would thoroughly examine all aspects of this incident.
Balochistan caretaker minister home, Zubair Jamali, information minister, Jan Achakzai and others were also present on the occasion.
Responding to a query, he expressed that initial assessments pointed towards the possibility of a suicide bombing. “ We are on it and terrorists would be brought to justice”, the CM said.
