CHAGHI: The Reko Diq Mining Company (RDMC), in partnership with the Indus Health and Hospitals Network (IHHN), has inaugurated the Community Health and MCH (Mother & Child Health) Center in Nokkundi, District Chagai. This state-of-the-art facility aims to revolutionize healthcare delivery for local residents, offering maternal, neonatal, and child health services.

The center features three consultation clinics, four wards with 13 beds, a 24/7 emergency room, gynecology section, pharmacy, laboratory, ultrasound, X-ray room, and more. It will provide free services, including antenatal and postnatal care, immunizations, and general healthcare, alongside emergency services and ambulance referrals to tertiary care hospitals.

Serving a population of around 30,000, the center is set to enhance healthcare accessibility and quality in Nokkundi and nearby areas. This initiative marks RDMC’s third healthcare project in the region, underscoring its commitment to community well-being.
