Quetta: Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti inaugurated the Jinnah Elite School Science and Art Exhibition on Tuesday, emphasizing the importance of modern education and applauding the talent of young students.
The event, held at the Jinnah Elite School, featured Provincial Education Minister Rahila Hameed Khan Durrani and the institution’s head, Sardar Osama Khan Tareen. CM Bugti visited scientific stalls showcasing innovative projects, including artificial intelligence initiatives, and commended the students’ creativity and dedication.
Addressing the ceremony, he remarked, “The future of Balochistan lies in the hands of these hardworking and talented students. They are our future leaders and ambassadors who will shape the province’s destiny.” He praised the youth for their achievements on national and international stages, expressing pride in their capabilities.
Highlighting the need for modern education, the Chief Minister said, “It is inspiring to witness students progressing beyond traditional learning methods. Projects like these are essential for a brighter future.”
In recognition of the students’ efforts, CM Bugti announced a cash prize of PKR 1 million for the school and an additional PKR 1 million for the children who performed a tableau at the event.
The exhibition underscored the provincial government’s commitment to fostering education and innovation in Balochistan.
