Noshki: Police arrested three accused involved in demanding ransom and recovered one person. Three suspects involved in the kidnapping for ransom of a young boy were arrested, police sources said. “The kidnappers were demanding Rs 6 Million for the release of our son”, the parents of the young boy told in a press conference at Police Station Noshki.
Superintendent of Police (SP), Ghulam Hussain Bajoi and SHO Sanaullah Mengal said that the complainant Shakeel Ahmed Barich filed an application that unknown people had kidnapped his cousin and they were demanding a ransom of Rs 60 lakh.
On the instructions of DIG Rukhshan Mr. Nazir Ahmed Kurd, the police started an investigation. During the investigation, the police along with the ATF raided a house located in the area of Tariz, where three kidnappers involved in kidnapping for ransom were present.
The police recovered an X Corolla, a 125 motorcycle, and a pistol used in the crime of kidnapping for ransom. The police also detained four suspicious persons who are being investigated.
A cash reward of one lakh rupees was given to the SP and the police team for the successful operation.
