Haq Do Tehreek won with a huge majority in the local government elections from Gwadar that was conducted on Wednesday December 15.
On the seat of District Gwadar Union Council number 10 Worker, Noori Panel won by getting three votes, while on Kisan’s seat, Noori Panel’s Shabir Ahmed was declared successful by getting three votes. On the women’s seat, Begum of Noori Panel and woman candidate of Haq Do Tehreek were successful by getting two votes each.
Sajid Umar, the candidate of Municipal Committee and Workers seat of Noori Panel in Ormara, won by getting four votes. Ainullah of Noori Panel was successful in Kisan’s seat by getting four votes. Noori Panel and Haq Du Tehreek’s female candidates won the two women’s seats by getting four and three votes respectively. Noori panel’s candidate Sharif Baloch of UC number 9 won by getting four votes.
On the women’s seat, Naz Bibi, the candidate of Haq Do Tehreek, and Shakila, the candidate of Noori Panel, tied with two votes, which will be decided by toss.
