Balochistan Service Tribunal has ordered the removal of all non-cadre doctors from Health Management Cadre posts.
Service Tribunal Balochistan in its unanimous decision has said that all cadre doctors should be posted in their respective positions.
In its decision dated December 21, the Service Tribunal has said that according to the management cadre rules, all management posts, including DHO, Deputy DHO, MS, Head of Vertical Program, shall be posted to the management cadre officers.
The Service Tribunal has issued a directive to the Chief Secretary and Health Secretary to immediately appoint management cadre officers to all the posts in the light of the management cadre rules and the Dr. Samiullah case.
The Service Tribunal has also urged the Secretary Health Balochistan and the Chief Secretary to immediately bring the transfer posting in accordance with the relevant laws and to complete the process and submit the report to the Balochistan Service Tribunal before 90 days.
