QUETTA: Balochistan High Court on Friday issued a notice to the government about the prevailing tense situation in Wadh Tehsil of district Khuzdar. A division bench of BHC comprising Chief Justice, Mr. Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan, and Mr. Justice Muhammad Amir Rana directed the issuance of notice to the govt on a petition filed by Muhammad Amin Magsi Advocate.
Advocate Magsi in his petition said that human rights were being violated in Wadh Khuzdar. Mr. Magsi claimed the govt has failed to restore order in Wadh. The court adjourned the hearing till the 1st of August.
