The novel coronavirus cases have been confirmed in 23 districts of Balochistan. As per the statistics shared by the Corona Cell Balochistan, Quetta, Killa Abdullah and Pishin have been hit hard by the virus.
Quetta has confirmed 2332 cases of coronavirus, Pishin 101, Killa Abdullah has confirmed the second highest cases of the virus, this was revealed in a daily situation report released by the Corona Cell.
The Balochistan health department has confirmed 65 fresh cases of the novel coronavirus on Tuesday as the tally reached 2,885. A total of 565 tests were conducted in Balochistan on Tuesday and 65 tests were declared positive for the Covid-19, the Corona Cell said in a statement released to the press.
The Corona Cell stated that 608 patients have recovered from the deadly virus in the province. Most of the patients have recovered from the virus at their homes during isolation, Waseem Baig, the Spokesman for the Corona Cell told the daily Quetta Voice.
The Balochistan health department has conducted over 19,000 tests up til now. The government has also announced to improve testing capacity to conduct maximum tests to reach out to all patients, Liaquat Shahwani, the Spokesman government of Balochistan told the daily Quetta Voice.
