The former federal minister and central leader of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), Ayatollah Durrani died of the novel coronavirus on Sunday. Family sources said Ayatollah Durrani was tested positive for the deadly virus a few days back and was admitted to hospital for medical treatment.

On Sunday, the former federal minister breathed his last. Late Durrani was elected as member national assembly from Mastung-Kalat during the general elections of 2008 and was elected as an MNA on the ticket of PPP.

Chief Minister Balochistan, Jam Kamal Khan and other political leaders have expressed grief and sorrows over the demise of Ayatoullah Durrani and prayed that may Allah Almighty bless on the departed soul.
