Former cricket team captain Inzamam ul Haq arrives in Quetta

Former Pakistan cricket team captain, Inzamam ul Haq arrived in Quetta on Sunday evening. Secretary Sports Balochistan, Mir Imran Gichki, and other officials received Inzmam at Quetta airport.

The former captain has arrived in Quetta to prepare recommendations for the promotion of cricket in Quetta and other parts of Balochistan. “Inzamam will give proposals about the promotion of cricket”, Mr. Gichki said.

Inzamam to meet CM Balochistan 

The former captain would also meet chief minister Balochistan, Jam Kamal Khan to discuss cricket and the promotion of sports activities. Other sports experts are also accompanying the former captain.

It may be mentioned here that the sports department under Mir Imran Gichki has been taking considerable steps for the promotion of sports activities in Balochistan.

Inzamam’s visit to Quetta has come two days after the formal inauguration of the world’s beautiful Gwadar cricket stadium. The present government has taken a number of initiatives to promote sports activities in Balochistan.
