Sanjrani in Quetta as 16 BAP MPAs turn against Jam Kamal

Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani has arrived in Quetta on Thursday as 16 Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) lawmakers turned against Chief Minister, Jam Kamal Khan. Differences emerged within the ruling BAP after the opposition legislators submitted a no-confidence motion against the CM.
“We will overcome these internal differences”, Mr. Sanjrani told Quetta Voice. “Wait and see, we will make a decision in the interest of Balochistan”, he mentioned. Senator Sarfaraz Bugti, Senator Manzoor Kakar, MNAs Israr Tareen, and Nawabzada Khalid Magsi also accompanied the Chairman Senate.
16 opposition members had submitted a no-confidence motion against the incumbent CM the other day. Instead of countering the opposition, infighting erupted among the ruling party lawmakers. “Jam Kamal is our leader and will survive this crisis”, Home Minister, Ziaullah Langove said. He said angry members would be convinced to support the CM. Noor Muhammad Dumar, another BAP minister also endorsed Mr. Langove’s assertion.

Soon after the arrival, Mr. Sanjrani held a meeting with Speaker Balochistan Assembly Qudoos Bizenjo and other disgruntled party members. The Chairman straight went to meet CM Balochistan to overcome differences among the party members.
Provincial ministers, Mir Zahoor Buledi, Sardar Abdul Rehman Khetran, Bushra Rind, Akbar Askani, and others have parted ways with CM Jam Kamal.
“This is our party, we will address all issues”, Speaker Qudoos Bizenjo said after meeting with the chairman senate. Other angry BAP lawmakers also accompanied Speaker Bizenjo.
Bhootani, Buledi, Khetran, Bizenjo against CM Balochistan
This is not for the first time, legislators from ruling BAP have revolted against the CM Jam Kamal. Sardar Saleh Bhootani, Speaker Bizenjo, Zahoor Buledi have already expressed their reservations about the incumbent CM.
Hitherto, the coalition partners including Hazara Democratic Party (HDP), Awami National Party (ANP) have stood by Jam Kamal. Although, Balochistan National Party (Awami) another coalition party’s member Asad Baloch has also backed the angry BAP legislators.
