Gas leakage  blast kills 2 injured 8 on Quetta airport road

At least 2 people were killed and 8 were injured in a gas leakage blast in Quetta’s airport road area on Sunday evening. The dead include a man and woman.
Police sources said the incident happened in a private housing scheme near Almo Chowk airport road. Rescue workers and residents of the area rushed the injured of the blast to hospital for medical treatment. Three children and a woman were also among the injured.
The sound of the blast was heard far away in the city. Police also reached the spot pf the incident as an investigation into the incident went underway.
Earlier, reports suggest that it was a terror act. However, initial investigation proved it was a gas cylinder blast in a house.
