Federal Govt to bear all financial burden of Reko Diq: Imran Khan

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that the federal government would bear all financial burden of the Reko Diq Project. “The federal government will bear all financial burden for Reko Diq and its development on behalf of Balochistan government”, the Premier made this announcement on social media network Twitter on Wednesday night.
The Prime Minister’s statement has come two days after the Balochistan Assembly discussed the multi-billion gold and copper project for 10 hours. The lawmakers were briefed about the Reko Diq during an in-camera session.
Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Quddus Bizenjo has welcomed the statement of Prime Minister Imran Khan. The CM also took to social media network Twitter and welcomed the statement of the premier.
