The Balochistan Public Service Commission (BPSC) announced the Counter Terrorism Department (CDT) Corporal posts results on Thursday evening. Thousands of young candidates from across Balochistan had participated in the written test for the CTD Corporal posts. This is a grade14 officer’s post.
The government of Balochistan had approved 1690 posts for which a large number of applicants applied. The number of candidates that qualified for the written tests is 1936.
The candidates who have passed the written tests of CTD Corporal are qualified for Viva. The date for the Viva will be announced later. A major reason behind the recruitment of such a large number of officers was to enable the CTD to effectively counter terrorism in Quetta and other parts of Balochistan.
