CM Balochistan approves issuance of health cards to registered fishermen

QUETTA: Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Abdul Qudous Bizenjo cancelled his official visit to London. The CM took to social media network Twitter and announced the cancelation of his visit.

The floods have played a havoc and have caused vast damages in the province. Due to flash floods the Balochistan government has declared an emergency to tackle the situation. The government is using its resources to help the flood affected people, Mr. Bizenjo said.

“Government machinery will try its best to help the people affected by floods and compensate those who have suffered damages”, said CM Balochistan.

The Chief Minister has already cancelled the holidays of government officials and the administration to effectively cope with the situation. The Provincial Disaster Managment Authority (PDMA) has rescued hundreds of stranded people in Lasbela and other districts of Balochistan.

“Tomorrow I will visit the flood affected areas of Lasbela, and review the relief activities”, CM Bizenjo said.
