Corps Commander visits Quetta airport and railway station
Corps Commander Balochistan Lieutenant General Asif Ghafoor being briefed about Quetta international airport

Corps Commander Balochistan and Lieutenant General Asif Ghafoor visited Quetta international airport and the railway station on Wednesday. Airport Manager Quetta, Malik Mazhar Hussain briefed the commander about the expansion work in the airport.

The airport security force officials briefed the commander about the ongoing development projects and security arrangements at Quetta airport. Speaking on the occasion, the commander directed the concerned quarters to make sure timely completion of the ongoing projects and bring the airport to par with other airports in the country.

Lieutenant General Asif Ghafoor also assured all possible support in this regard.

Later on, the commander also visited the Quetta Railway Station and visited various ongoing projects. Fareed Ahmed, the Divisional Superintendent of Pakistan Railways briefed the commander about the new projects at the station. Commissioner Quetta Division, Sohail ur Rehman was also present on the occasion.

Lieutenant General Asif Ghafoor visited the sites established for passengers at the station.
