Chief Secretary Balochistan inaugurates children cancer unit at Sheikh Zayed Hospital Quetta

Chief Secretary Balochistan Abdul Aziz Uqaili and President Indus Hospital and Health Network Dr. Abdul Bari Khan inaugurated the cancer unit for children in Sheikh Zayed Hospital Quetta on Monday.

Balochistan Department of Health handed over the Pediatric Oncology unit and its Operation to Indus Hospital and Health Network. It is the first pediatric Oncology unit in Balochistan.

The cancer unit of Sheikh Zayed hospital Quetta consists of 14 beds, 7-day care beds, and 2 emergency beds. This cancer unit is equipped with a modern laboratory, including chemotherapy.

The Indus Hospital and Health Network will continue to take care of cancer patients in collaboration with Balochistan Government.
