Hard area allowance approved for teachers of 7 districts of Balochistan

QUETTA: The Balochistan government approved hard area allowance for teachers of seven districts of the province to improve the quality of education and ensure the presence of teachers. The districts include Kohlu, Dera Bugti, Awaran, Musakhail, Sherani, Washuk, and Sohbat Pur.

Abdul Rauf Baloch, the Secretary of Education Balochistan said teachers from grades 9 to 15 would get Rs.5000, and teachers in grade 17 would get 10,000. He mentioned that headmasters and headmistresses serving in said seven districts would be getting Rs.15000 as an additional amount.

Education officers male and female to get Rs.25000

However, the district education officers including males and females would get Rs.25000 as an additional amount in their salaries in the said seven districts.
Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Quddus Bizenjo during his visit to Awaran, his hometown made this announcement while talking to teachers. The CM has translated his words into action, the Secretary of Education Balochistan said.

The CM gave approval over a summary sent by the education department government of Balochistan in this regard, an official handout issued here on Friday evening confirmed.
