Secretary health to investigate Gynae ward video in civil hospital Quetta

Chief Secretary Balochistan, Abdul Aziz Uqaili has directed the Secretary of Health to conduct an inquiry into a video regarding the absence of doctors at the civil hospital.

In the video, an attendant complains that his patient went unconscious because of the absence of doctors at the civil hospital Quetta’s Gynae ward. The video was widely shared on social media with people demanding action against the absent doctors.

This prompted the Chief Secretary Balochistan to take notice of the incident and directed the Secretary of Health to conduct an inquiry.

If found absent, action should be taken against the doctors, the CS Balochistan directed the Secretary of Health.
