JHAL MAGSI: The Member National Assembly (MNA), Nawabzada Khalid Magsi and Member Provincial Assembly (MPA), Mir Tariq Magsi were booked in the murder case of Imdad Joya, a grower killed in the Jhal Magsi district of Balochistan. The charges were vehemently denied by the two lawmakers.
The first information report (FIR) was lodged against the two lawmakers at the Mir Pur levies station in the Jhal Magsi district. The family members of the deceased had accused the two lawmakers of the killing.
Members of civil society and human rights groups also condemned the incident and demanded the government bring the killers to book.
