QUETTA: In a pivotal meeting at the CM Secretariat, U.S. Ambassador to Pakistan Donald Blome and Consul General Karachi Conrard Trrible engaged with Caretaker Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Ali Mardan Khan Domki to discuss transformative projects aimed at bolstering the mineral-rich Balochistan province’s appeal for foreign investment.
CM Domki highlighted the enduring impact of ongoing U.S. assistance initiatives in Balochistan, spanning peace, education, women’s economic empowerment, and communication sectors. Recognizing the American government’s substantial contributions to education, particularly for girls, the Chief Minister emphasized the positive strides made in these critical areas.

The provision of vehicles and modern equipment to the Balochistan Police emerged as a key facet of discussions, with a focus on enhancing the government’s capabilities in counterterrorism, crime prevention, and modern investigative processes.

CM Domki underscored the establishment of long-lasting diplomatic and bilateral relations between Pakistan and the United States, urging an increase in trade volume between the two nations.
