KILLA SAIFULLAH: Khushal Khan Kakar, the son of Usman Khan Kakar announced the formation of Pashtoonkhwa National Awami Party (PNAP) on Saturday evening. He made this announcement while addressing a public meeting organized to observe the 50th death anniversary of Khan Abdul Samad Khan Achakzai.

Former Senator Raza Muhammad Raza and other leaders were also present on the occasion. “We have decided to register PNAP with the election commission of Pakistan”, Mr. Kakar told the flags-waving supporters in the Killa Saifullah Bazar.

Addressing the party supporters, he said Khan Shaheed Abdul Samad Khan Achakzai had spent precious days of his life behind bars for the rights of oppressed people of the country. He urged the party workers to follow the political principles of Khan Abdul Samad Khan Achakzai for Pashtoon rights and upholding the banner of democracy in the country.

Khushal Khan Kakar was leading his faction of PKMAP after parting ways with Mehmood Khan Achakzai, the chairman of the PKMAP.
