QUETTA: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Balochistan organized a ceremony to distribute merit certificates to its employees in recognition of their outstanding performance during the year 2023. The event, held at the NAB premises in Hub, was attended by Director General NAB Balochistan Zafar Iqbal Khan, Deputy Prosecutor General Accountability Jaffar Raza Khan, Director NAB Dr. Muhammad Rashad, other NAB officials, and a large number of NAB employees.

Dr. Muhammad Rashad welcomed the audience and outlined the program for the ceremony. Director General Khan then delivered the keynote address, commending the efforts and dedication of NAB officials. He emphasized that the development of any organization is directly linked to the performance and hard work of its employees, and expressed his pride in the dedicated staff of NAB Balochistan.

Khan highlighted the importance of merit as a measure of individual capability and encouraged everyone to strive for continuous improvement and enhanced competence. He stressed the importance of earning a living through honest means and emphasized self-accountability as a cornerstone of good citizenship. He also advised the audience to take responsibility for keeping their homes and communities clean.

Following the address, merit certificates were distributed to deserving NAB officials in recognition of their achievements. The ceremony concluded with an awareness walk against corruption held within the NAB premises, further solidifying NAB’s commitment to transparency and accountability.

This event serves as a testament to NAB Balochistan’s appreciation for its employees’ hard work and dedication, and its ongoing commitment to promoting ethical conduct and combating corruption within the region
