Staff Reporter:

QUETTA: The Jaffar Express and Bolan Mail services have been suspended for four days due to the deteriorating law and order situation.

Pakistan Railways made the decision to prevent any untoward incidents, while officials work on a strategic security plan to ensure the safety of passengers traveling from Quetta to other parts of Balochistan.

This suspension follows a recent tragic suicide bombing at Quetta Railway Station, which claimed 26 lives and injured dozens.

In response, both the provincial and federal governments have ordered heightened security measures and called for a comprehensive review of the current security plan to protect passengers effectively.
