QUETTA: Protests entered their eighth day at Balochistan Assembly Chowk as political parties and family members of 10-year-old Mohammed Musawir demanded his safe recovery.

The minor was abducted from the Multani Mohalla area of Quetta eight days ago, and police remain clueless about his whereabouts.

Participants of the sit-in, including activists and relatives, have expressed frustration over the lack of progress in the investigation. They have threatened to intensify their protests if immediate action is not taken to locate the boy.

The incident has sparked widespread outrage in Quetta, with calls for stronger efforts to combat kidnapping and ensure the safety of children in the provincial capital.
