According to an official notice issued by the Assistant Commissioner Chaman, allegations have surfaced regarding Ayubi’s nationality, suggesting he may hold Afghan citizenship and is allegedly residing in Pakistan without proper documentation.

The notice directs Maulvi Ayubi to appear in person on June 19, 2025, and present valid proof of his Pakistani nationality. Failure to submit the required documents may lead to legal proceedings under immigration laws, including possible deportation.

This development has stirred considerable attention within Balochistan’s political landscape, as Maulvi Salahuddin Ayubi is known for his active role in religious and parliamentary affairs. The matter has also triggered discussions within party circles, with observers closely monitoring the outcome of the legal process.
