Staff Reporter:

Quetta/Peshawar – Pakistan Railways has announced the suspension of the Jaffar Express on the Peshawar–Quetta route for two days, citing operational reasons.

According to railway officials, the Jaffar Express, which was scheduled to travel from Quetta to Peshawar, will not operate today and tomorrow. The officials further confirmed that today’s service from Peshawar to Quetta has also been cancelled.

The temporary suspension is expected to cause inconvenience for passengers who frequently travel between Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, as the Jaffar Express is considered one of the most important rail links connecting the two provinces.

Pakistan Railways has advised passengers to stay updated through official channels and contact railway inquiry offices for alternative travel arrangements.
