Qaseem Shah: 

The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Balochistan has successfully dismantled a human smuggling network involved in facilitating the illegal movement of Afghan nationals to Iran, according to an FIA spokesperson.

Officials from the FIA Anti-Human Trafficking Circle Quetta conducted a raid on a hotel located in Kuchlak, acting on credible intelligence. During the operation, four suspects — identified as Salahuddin, Muhammad Deen, Mehmood Khan, and Muhammad Haroon — were taken into custody. All the arrested individuals belong to Qila Abdullah district.

According to FIA sources, the detained suspects were part of an organized gang assisting Afghan nationals in illegally crossing into Iran. The hotel, reportedly managed by members of the same family, was being used to shelter Afghan migrants for a fee of Rs. 500 per person before arranging their illegal transportation.

During the raid, the suspects allegedly attempted to obstruct the FIA team, but officials successfully apprehended them and shifted them to the Anti-Human Trafficking Circle Quetta for further investigation.

Authorities confirmed that raids are underway to arrest the ringleader of the gang, identified as Abdul Hadi, who remains at large.
