QUETTA: In a bid to enhance transparency and accountability within the judicial system, the Balochistan High Court has introduced a dedicated WhatsApp number and email address to facilitate the public in filing complaints.

According to an official notification issued by the Member Inspection Team of the High Court of Balochistan, citizens can now directly lodge complaints against judicial officers, court staff, or other officials of the judiciary.

The public can contact the court between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM through the WhatsApp number 0335-0926534 or email complaints@bhc.gov.pk. Complaints can be submitted in the form of text messages, Word or PDF documents, or image files.

The notification clarified that voice calls or audio notes will not be accepted through WhatsApp. For further clarification, citizens may also contact the court via official landline numbers 081-9205308 and 081-9201649.

The Balochistan High Court urged citizens to make use of this facility to help strengthen transparency, integrity, and efficiency within the judicial system.
