News Desk: Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti has said that quality education, character building, and holistic training are the pillars on which strong nations are built, emphasizing that military cadet colleges play a vital role in shaping disciplined, responsible, and patriotic youth.

Addressing the annual Parents’ Day ceremony at Military College Sui, the chief minister stated that such institutions not only ensure academic excellence but also instill discipline, leadership qualities, patriotism, and a sense of national duty among students. He said Military College Sui is providing Balochistan’s youth with modern education, practical training, and positive values, preparing them for future leadership roles.
Mir Sarfraz Bugti paid tribute to parents, acknowledging their guidance, sacrifices, and continuous support as key factors in the academic and moral success of children. He noted that Parents’ Day events help strengthen coordination and trust between parents and educational institutions.
Commending the cadets for their outstanding academic results, discipline, and achievements in co-curricular activities, the chief minister said that the youth of Balochistan possess immense potential which can be transformed into a valuable national asset through proper guidance and a conducive environment.
He reaffirmed that the Balochistan government places top priority on youth education, training, and personality development, and is taking practical measures to further strengthen Military College Sui and similar institutions.
Highlighting the need for modern facilities, he said that advanced educational resources, sports infrastructure, and basic amenities are essential for students’ all-round development. In this regard, he announced that second-year students of Military College Sui will be provided laptops.
The chief minister also announced solarization of the college, construction and rehabilitation of internal roads, development of an outdoor sports complex, and construction of a new parade ground to improve campus facilities.
Earlier, Commandant Brigadier Muhammad Aamir Ejaz briefed the chief minister on the college’s performance, academic standards, and future development plans, and thanked the provincial government for its support.
