Quetta: A specially designed security coach equipped with modern surveillance systems has arrived in Quetta to strengthen safety on the Jaffar Express, railway officials confirmed.
The security coach features advanced monitoring tools and protection equipment and has been prepared for use by trained security personnel deployed to safeguard the train.
According to the railway spokesperson, the dedicated coach will undergo a two-week trial in Quetta. The trial aims to evaluate its performance and make train travel safer for passengers using the Jaffar Express route.
Officials said the initiative is part of wider efforts to improve railway security and boost public confidence in train travel across the region.
