News Desk: Security forces carried out a successful intelligence-based operation in Panjgur district of Balochistan on January 25, targeting the presence of terrorists linked to the Indian-backed group Fitna al Hindustan.

During the operation, security personnel effectively engaged the terrorists’ hideout, leading to a fierce exchange of fire. As a result, three terrorists were killed, including local commander Farooq alias Soro, along with Adeel and Waseem.

A significant cache of weapons, ammunition, and explosives was recovered from the site. According to officials, the neutralized terrorists were actively involved in multiple terrorist activities in the region.

Following the operation, security forces launched a comprehensive sanitization exercise to ensure no remaining terrorists are present in the area. The nationwide counterterrorism campaign continues under the framework of “Azm-e-Istehkam,” aimed at eliminating the threat of foreign-sponsored terrorism and strengthening internal security across Pakistan.
