Dr. Shireen Khan appointed as Executive Director FJCIB

World-fame chest physician, Dr. Shireen Khan has been appointed as the Executive Director Fatima Jinnah Chest Institute Balochistan. Dr. Khan has been appointed against an existing vacancy, an official notification said.
Secretary of health Balochistan, Noor ul Haq Baloch has signed the notification regarding the appointment of Dr. Khan.
Dr. Shireen has been serving as an Associate Professor in the hospital for last more than a decade. He played frontline during the nation’s battle against the COVID19. Despite all odds, Dr. Khan kept continued treating coronavirus patients at the FJCIB in Quetta.
In recognition of his services, the President of Pakistan awarded him the title of Tamgha e Imtiaz last year.
