“I would rather leave respectfully”, Jam Kamal tweets

QUETTA: Chief Minister Balochistan, Jam Kamal Khan on Sunday evening said “I would rather leave respectfully and not be part of their monetary agenda“.  The CM took to Twitter and said that he would not be part of bad governance in Balochistan.

CM’s tweet has come after 40 members from the opposition and Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) lawmakers have urged him to step down. Voting on the no-confidence motion is scheduled to be conducted on October 25. There is mounting pressure on the CM to tender resignation.

When asked by Quetta Voice about the resignation, the CM said, “let’s see”. He preferred not to comment on the resignation issue. Serious differences within the ruling BAP when opposition lawmakers submitted a no-confidence motion against the CM Balochistan on September 16.
