CT Scan installed at civil hospital on CM Bizenjo’s directives

QUETTA: CT Scan machine was installed at civil hospital Quetta on the directives of Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Abdul Quddus Bizenjo. The machine has been made functional, an official handout released on Tuesday night said.

The government had immediately released the funds for the installation of the CT scan machine in Balochistan’s ancient Sandeman hospital Quetta. The government has also released Rs. 250 million for installation of MRI machine in the radiology department, the handout mentioned. The process of procurement of the MRI machine has already commenced.

CM Bizenjo has taken serious notice of the condition of the government-run hospitals and directed for improvement of the health facilities.
