Numbers Scandal: Chairman BBISE asked to submit all data by tomorrow

QUETTA: The Chairman of the Inquiry committee has asked the Chairman Balochistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BBISE) to submit all data about the board by tomorrow (December 8). The inquiry committee investigating massive fraud in granting numbers to blue-eyed students has directed the Chairman BBISE to submit all the data.

In a letter on December 2nd, the Committee had asked the Chairman to provide all required information about the members of the staff, examiners, people checking papers, controller examinations, etc. However, the BBISE had failed to provide information.

The Balochistan education department has launched an investigation into the irregularities committed by officials of the board in granting numbers of students in the FA, FSc, and Matric examinations.
