Commander 12-Corps, Lieutenant General Sarfaraz Ali on Saturday said that the support and love of the nation is the true strength of the Pak Army. The Commander addressed a grand tribal jirga in Balochistan’s Jaffarabad Cadet College Auditorium.
Speaker Balochistan Assembly, Mir Jan Muhammad Jamali, members of the provincial assembly, and a large number of tribal elders and civil society participated in the jirga.
“Nation standby Pak Army in all internal and external battles”, the Commander stated. Lt. General Sarfaraz said that the banned extremists’ organizations were least bothered about the peace and development of Balochistan rather they were advancing their personal agendas. He mentioned that only a handful of elements at the behest of their foreign masters was involved in law and order issues in the province.
The Commander met with students and teachers and praised them for their struggle for getting a quality education. Lt. General Sarfaraz discussed the successful inauguration of girls cade college in Turbat on the occasion.
