Former senior minister Balochistan, Zahoor Buledi has announced to submit a no-confidence motion against Chief Minister Mir Quddus Bizenjo. Mr. Buledi took to social media network Twitter and said that no trust motion would be tabled against what he called the destructive style of government in Balochistan. “I cannot give any timeframe about tabling the motion”, Mr. Buledi told Quetta Voice via telephone.

Quddus Bizenjo was sworn in as the 17th CM of Balochistan on October 29th, 2021 after a no-confidence motion against the former CM Jam Kamal Khan. Mr. Buledi had played a key role in the success of the no-confidence motion against Jam Kamal Khan.

“We will table the no-confidence motion after consultation with allies”, the former senior minister mentioned. He has also accepted Jam Kamal as the president of the ruling Balochistan Awami Party (BAP).

The angry members held a meeting in Islamabad and discussed ways and means to oust the incumbent chief minister Mir Quddus Bizenjo. Bizenjo also enjoys the support of the two mainstream opposition parties including the Balochistan National Party (Mengal) and Jamiat ul Ulema e Islam (F).
