Two people were injured in a landmine explosion in Balochistan’s Sibi district on Sunday morning. Levies sources said the incident happened in Sangan area.
A tractor hit a landmine planted on the road side in Sangan area of the district, levies sources said.
The injured were to Sibi for medical treatment after the blast. Levies personnel reached the spot as an investigation into the incident went underway.
The blast also damaged the track.
Landmine explosions have claimed scores of precious human lives in Kohlu, Dera Bugti, Jaffarabad, Sibi and other districts of Balochistan.
The injured people were local tribesmen of the area.
