District and Session Judge, Quetta, Mr. Muhammad Dawood Khan Nasar, sentenced an accused to life imprisonment and a fine of Rs: 5 lack rupees in the case of raping and killing an 8-year-old minor boy. The accused named Muhammad Ali raped and murdered a minor boy on an airport road one year ago.
The father of the 8-year-old boy Siddiqullah had informed the police and court that the accused Muhammad Ali took his child with him from the airport in his car. Then he strangled the child and killed him, after which the police arrested the accused.
The judgment of the case presented in the court was reserved by the judge of the honorable court after the hearing was completed by the lawyers.
The judge of the court sentenced the accused Muhammad Ali to life imprisonment and a fine of five lakh rupees under section 302.
The accused is also sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment and a fine of one lakh rupees for raping the child, while 6 months of imprisonment and a fine of thousands of rupees for using an unregistered vehicle.
The accused will be bound to pay the amount as compensation. In case of non-payment of compensation, the accused will have to undergo one more year of imprisonment.
The judge of the court sentenced the accused Muhammad Ali under section 420 to another 6 months of imprisonment and a fine of 20 thousand rupees. In case of non-payment of the fine, the accused will have to undergo one more month of imprisonment.
