In the meeting, it was decided that BUITEMS employees will record their protest from Wednesday by tying black bands on their arms for a whole week to make the people in higher positions realize that the employees will no longer remain silent on their anti-employee policies.
It was also decided that a protest camp will be set up inside BUITEMS from 10 am to 5 pm (Sir Syed Block Corridor opposite CPEC Center) from Wednesday and this protest will continue till the Syndicate meeting is held.
All the employees of BUITEMS have been requested to follow the protest plan and be organized and united for their legitimate rights so as to make the people in the higher positions of the organization realize that this organization is not for the interests of an individual or a few individuals.
BUITEMS employees also launched a campaign against the management for usurping the rights of employees on social media on Saturday and Sunday. Every employee of BUITEMS has been playing a crucial role in the improvement of the organization for years and the biggest right of this organization belongs to the employees.
