Unknown accused opened fire and killed a tribal elder identified as Haji Muhammad Omar Bangulzai on Quetta’s Sariab Road on Tuesday. Police sources armed accused opened fire on Bilal Center Sariab Road.
The tribal elder was dead on the spot. The assailants sped away on their motorcycle. Police reached the spot and shifted the dead body to civil hospital Quetta. Police also started an investigation into the incident.
Motive behind the attack could not be ascertained immediately.
