Hafiz Hamdullah attack: JUI announces shutter down strike in Quetta tomorrow

QUETTA: The Jamiat ul Ulema e Islam (JUI) announced shutter down strike tomorrow against a blast that targeted Hafiz Hamdullah, the Jamiat ul Ulema e Islam (JUI) leader on Thursday. This was announced by Maulana Ghafoor Hydri, the Central Secretary General Jamiat ul Ulema e Islam (JUI) while addressing a press conference at the party’s office.

Awami National Party (ANP) Balochistan President, Asghar Khan Achakzai also announced support for the shutter down strike announced by the religious party. Mufti Rozi Khan, Haji Ainullah Shams and other leaders of the religious party were also present on the occasion.

Maulana Hydri said that under a pre-planned conspiracy, the leaders of JUI were being targeted in the country. “We will continue our struggle despite all odds”, he said.

The JUI leaders urged the traders community and other political parties to back the shutter down strike against the attack on Hafiz Hamdullah, the JUI leader.
