PISHIN: At least seven people were injured in a blast targeting a vehicle of the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) on Friday.
Police sources said the CTD vehicle was targeted in Pushkin district of Balochistan. Three Police personnel were also among the injured. However, the CTD SHO Chaudhary Asghar was unharmed in the attack.

The blast targeted the patrolling CTD vehicle in the Band Khushdil Khan Road area of Pishin. The injured were taken to hospital for medical treatment.
An emergency was declared in the hospital to provide timely medical treatment to injured of the blast.

Spokesman Balochistan Government, Shahid Rind strongly condemned the terrorist attack and vowed that the perpetrators would be brought to justice.

Mr. Rind said the Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Sarfaraz Bugti has ordered an inquiry into the incident.
