KILLA SAIFULLAH: A tragic incident unfolded in the Gawal Ismailzai area of Killa Saifullah district, Balochistan, where armed assailants killed a young man and abducted his companion.
According to Levies sources, the attack occurred at the Gwal Ismailzai. The victim, Gowal Isamalzai, a resident of Masood Khan, was fatally shot, while his companion, Juma Rahim, was taken hostage by the attackers. The body of the deceased was shifted to a hospital and later handed over to his family.
In response to the incident, political parties staged a protest by blocking the Quetta-Islamabad highway at Zhob. Protesters demanded immediate action to ensure justice, enhance security, and curb the escalating violence in the region.
Law enforcement agencies are actively pursuing the attackers and working to secure the safe release of the abducted individual. Further developments are awaited.
