Dalbandin, Feb 4: Islamic Relief Pakistan, in collaboration with Reko Diq Company, organized a one-day workshop in Dalbandin, focusing on identifying district-level challenges and proposing solutions for the government.

A large number of officials from various government departments, local dignitaries, traders associations, civil society representatives, and national and international NGOs participated in the workshop. The attendees engaged in detailed discussions on the issues faced by Chagai district and explored potential solutions.

Notable participants included Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Nizam Raheem, Planning and Development Department official Arif Hussain Shah, Executive Engineer B&R Gul Zaman Khan, Principal of Dalbandin Degree College Prof. Zubair Ahmed Mengal, and various representatives from the Agriculture, Wildlife, Education, and Public Health departments.

Addressing the event, ADC Nizam Raheem Baloch congratulated Islamic Relief Pakistan on successfully organizing the workshop. Islamic Relief’s Provincial Coordinator Muhammad Dawood Abbasi, along with Dr. Jamaluddin, Director Muhammad Ashraf, Fakhrullah Baloch, and Balach Khan, thanked all participants and emphasized that the suggestions from different departments would be compiled into a comprehensive report. This report will help develop structured solutions to address the pressing issues of Chagai district.
