Panjgur: Three barbers were shot dead by unidentified assailants in the Katagiri area of Gwargo, Panjgur, on Sunday.

According to reports, the victims were identified as Ab Sattar, son of Bajar, and Zubair Ahmed, both residents of Mirpur Khas, and Mohd Zaman, son of Mohd Khan, a resident of Jacobabad.

Security forces and police arrived at the scene, tightened security in the area, and launched an investigation into the targeted attack. No group has claimed responsibility for the incident so far.

Authorities are working to trace the attackers and ensure the safety of workers in the province.

Government of Balochistan spokesperson Shahid Rind strongly condemned the killing of three laborers at a barbershop in Panjgur district of Balochistan. In a statement issued after the incident, he assured that the perpetrators would be brought to justice and reaffirmed the government’s commitment to making all-out efforts to ensure the protection of laborers and citizens in the province.
