Duki – June 18, 2025: A hand grenade attack targeted the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) police station in Duki, Balochistan, late Tuesday, leaving one officer injured, according to official sources.

The injured CTD personnel, identified as Nooruddin, sustained wounds during the blast and was immediately shifted to a nearby hospital for emergency treatment. Medical staff have confirmed that his condition is stable and out of danger.

According to initial reports, unidentified assailants threw a hand grenade at the police station, causing an explosion that triggered panic in the area. Law enforcement teams swiftly responded, cordoning off the vicinity and launching a search and investigation operation.

Security has been tightened in and around Duki, and authorities are treating the incident as a suspected terrorist act. The investigation is ongoing, with efforts underway to trace the attackers and ensure the safety of law enforcement personnel.
